We started from scratch on the magazine internals after we released the 9mm cousin to this product. In doing so we created all custom components specific to the 380 caliber. This included the: spring, follower and the spring button / spacer.
If you own a P365 380 you can now enjoy the ideal ergonomics that come with the best extended magazine for the Sig 380 P365 pistol. This is a huge upgrade from the 12rd factory option with dramatically improved ergonomics.
Please note this only works with P365 .380 standard frames.

The speed loader made it easy to load 13 rounds. Ensuring the nose of the rounds stayed level helped streamline the process. Without it i was unable. Even when fully loaded, the magazine seats easily and feeds rounds flawlessly, with no malfunctions. The side grip texture, which matches the original, is an excellent feature that enhances grip and control. I highly recommend this as an excellent backup and range magazine. If a 20+ round version were available for range use, I would definitely consider purchasing it. Thank you!

Wow. Blown away by this one. Thought I’d tried every way to make my 365 have a better grip (pinky extensions, different grip modules, longer mags), but THIS is the missing link.
Facilitates a hugely improved grip at the range. Better angle = Higher on the gun, no loss of contact at webbing due to goofy angles. Then simply change mags back to factory tiny guy and you’re back in easy-to-conceal mode. Zero compromises. Makes it like having 2 guns in one.
Wish I’d found this years ago. Fantastic product. And incredibly well made/tight tolerances, as well. Would imagine it works just as magic for the 9mm variation, as well.
Will buy more, for certain!

Local shop to me but with gas being $$, it makes sense to ship. This magazine arrived with a baseplate that was not fully seated, one side was sticking out and I was sorta bummed.. took it apart and put it back together correctly and it is amazing! I can say that this mag and base is the reason I purchased another 365. Thanks!
