Warranty Policies
The warranty and product return period begins upon the date of purchase by the original purchaser and continues for the following specified period of time after that date.
Product Returns – 30 Days
As long as a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is obtained within 30 Days from purchase, we will issue a full refund (not including shipping costs, if applicable) after the product has been returned in its original packaging, to our warehouse.

Please note – If nothing is wrong with the product, there is a 30% restocking fee to handle resources associated with fulfilling and restocking.
Product Warranty – 3 Years
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Liability is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of our product only, under warranty. The warranty is invalidated if the defect is caused by misuse, neglect, and tampering or incorrect installation or adjustment.
